Maria is a registered nurse, who enjoys dancing, going to the gym, reading, and drawing. She has a passion for cooking and entertainment guests. She enjoys going for walks at the local park and feeding the ducks.
Joseph is a registered psychotherapist who runs a private practice nearby. He enjoys training martial arts and has trained Kung fu and Tai Chi for 20+ years. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors, with friends and family, but also likes playing video games in his down time. He has a very friendly and loving dog, Maggie, who also doubles as a therapy dog.
Our home is in the quiet and peaceful Albany village. Albany village boasts great walking tracks that are near the Lucas reserve, giving beautiful views of the native bush and birdlife. It is a 5-minute walk to Massey University, the engineering and psychology classes/departments close at hand. High school such as Albany Senor High are within walking distant, and Rangitoto college and Long Bay college are only a short bus ride away. The Albany bus depot is close at hand, which allows easy access to schools, other universities, the CBD, and the rest of Auckland.
If shopping and eating out is more your speed, our home is a 5min drive or 30 min walk to the Westfield shopping centre. The Albany Westfield shopping centre boasts being your one-stop shopping hub with shops ranging from fashion & clothing, entertainment, dining and wellbeing, and much more.
