We are a married couple living in Cockle Bay whose kids are out adulting so we have space available for a working professional, travellers or adult students.
We have a large bedroom with sea views, parking space, shared open kitchen and living spaces including a home gym.
We have 3 friendly (short hair) cats and a few ducks.
We live 5 mins from Cockle Bay, Howick Village (great food, coffee and Saturday markets) and Botany Town Centre & Bus Transport Hub.
Close access to the ferry to the city (Half Moon Bay Marina) and multiple bus stops and routes.
This is a non smoking | non vaping home.
