Homestay in Massey for $300 per week

We are a young family in our early 30s with a 9-month old son. We are outdoors enthusiasts and spend most of our weekends out on family adventures!

During the week Caitlin is a stay-at-home mum and Rowin works in Grey Lynn.

Although there is a bus to the city near our house Rowin would be happy to drop you in the city for University, if need be.

We have 1 ensuite bedroom with shower and toilet available in our new townhouse in Massey.


-Photos show a queen-sized bed. The room will be furnished with King single bed, desk and bedside table

-There is a spacious wardrobe

-Private access to the room from the back of the property

-Access to kitchen and all appliances

-Central AC/heating, Fibre internet

-Access to laundry including drier

-$300 includes all utility bills

-15 min walk to Westgate shopping centre, 2 min walk to Royal Reserve and bus stops, 2 min drive to SH16

-Off-street parking if needed

-No pets, no smokers and Couples negotiable
