One large furnished bedroom is available. Includes a King Single bed, desk & chair, dresser and 2 in-built wardrobes.

Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom (separate toilet) is shared with myself. Meals can be requested at an extra cost - I used to be a chef so always looking for taste testers.

Can't get a better location - Less than 1 minute walk to train station (Western line) that takes you directly to the city within 45 minutes. Bus stop is also just across the road. 5 minutes to supermarket, 10 minutes to Lynnmall.

1 indoor cat named Ninja also lives here - hopefully you like cats!
