We retired couple (in 60s) live in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) apartment along street named James Cook Crescent nearby Newmarket train station. We use only master bedroom and so two other rooms are available for guests. Both rooms are well furnished, warm and sunny. Each room has two windows, desk, chair, beds linen, drawers, wardrobes mirrors, heater and table lamps. A separate bathroom is allocated to share among the guests. The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home. Supermarkets (including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, European), shopping mall (Westfield), restaurants, shops, fast food eateries, cinemas, cafes, parks, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance. You can reach to Auckland CBD in 10 minutes by public transport. Laundry facility is available. Reasonable use of water, power and internet are included in the rent. A secured car park is also available with a fee.

ROOM#1 (2 single beds)
Availability: 14 May 2024 - 31 December 2024.
Homestay Fee: For less than 2 weeks: $100/night for a single; $120/night for two persons. Weekly Rates: Single (1 person): $500/week for 2-7 weeks and $450/week for 8 weeks or more.
Two persons: $600 (2x$300)/week for 2-7 weeks and $550(2x$275)/week for 8 weeks or more.

ROOM#2 (one double bed)
Availability: 14 May 2024 - 31 December 2024.
Homestay Fees: For less than 2 weeks: $100/night; Weekly Rates: $450/week (for 2 - 7 weeks) and $400/week for 8 weeks or more; Couple(2 persons): $550/week.

(2) Airport pick up - $60 for flights arriving between 8 am - 8 pm; other times - $90.
