We, matured couple live in our apartment in Newmarket which has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) along street named James Cook Crescent nearby Newmarket train station. We use only master bedroom and so two other rooms are available for guests. Both rooms are well furnished, warm and sunny. Each room has two windows, desk, chair, beds linen, drawers, wardrobes mirrors, heater and table lamps. A separate bathroom is allocated to share among the guests. The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home. Supermarkets (including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, European), shopping mall (Westfield), restaurants, shops, fast food eateries, cinemas, cafes, parks, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance. You can reach to Auckland CBD in 8-10 minutes by public transport. Laundry facility is available. Reasonable usage of water, power and internet is included in the rent.
Saving your Time and Money: As our home is located at the border of two transport zones (City and Isthmus), so you can travel in two zones just paying one zone fare, this means you may save at least $25-30/week. These two transport zones mostly covers all Auckland Central areas. If your school or campus in Auckland CBD, you can walk to there (25-30 minutes) or about 10 mins by public transport, so you can save your travel time or money as well.

Fees: $400/week for a single or $500/week for a couple
NOTES:
(1) Secured car park - $40/week.
(2) Airport pick up - $60 for flights arriving between 8 am - 8 pm; other times - $90.
(3) Additional- $50/week for under 18 years old or for a duration less than 4 weeks.
