Our Apartment is in the heart of Kingsland, a a hip residential neighbourhood with coffee roasters, brewpubs and wine bars, many of which host live music nights. New North Road has popular spots for brunch and New Zealand’s beloved meat pies, as well as trendy vintage clothes stores. Nearby Eden Park stadium hosts cricket and rugby matches, and the district borders Arch Hill Scenic Reserve, a vast green space with walking and mountain biking trails. We have a large master bedroom wing with walk in wardrobe and ensuite available. It also opens onto a large deck overlooking the Japanese gardens, gym and swimming pool. There is also a another double bedroom and small single bedroom which currently have students residing there and studying at Masters level. The kitchen/living area and outdoor deck is available for all. The Apartment is fully furnished and there's a car park available for an additional $50 per week. Gym and pool available for occupants. Includes water, gas and internet. Bus stop out front and Train Station across the road.
