Two spacious rooms available sharing one bathroom and kitchenette. Both rooms have their own external access and are in the downstairs portion of our lovely family home situated walking distance from the University, AUT and CBD. We are a family of three - mum and two teenaged children, plus a large dog and a cat. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe, the other has a single bed, desk, wardrobe, sofa and tv. Both rooms are sunny.
