We offer a room in granny flat with independent entrance for room, featuring a kitchenette and bathroom, complete with its own washing machine and fridge.
Our location is in a lovely cul-de-sac in The Gardens, just a 15-minute walk to the Botanical Garden and a 10-minute walk to Totara Park.
The room come furnished with kitchenware, beds, and wardrobes.
We are a little family of three Italian/Filipino with 3 year old girl. We are preferably looking for female,no parties or smoking are allowed, and pets are not permitted.
