Room fully furnished and rent per week includes expenses (electricity, water, unlimited internet). You have free access to the shared areas including: kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine, living room and dinning table. There will be space available in the fridge freezer and kitchen to place your food items to prepare.

Individual must provide their own meals and food. Hand soap, toilet paper, dish liquid is the only other items covered in rent as shared items. There is to be no smoking, vaping or smoking in the home.

Our home is made up of mature individuals and other international students or English learners who come and go during their trip. So we are a friendly and inviting household to all people and cultures.

Rooms are fully furnished, there are other rooms available at different prices depending on size. Rooms are fully furnished with bed, bedding, desk and chair set, drawers, wardrobe. Just bring your personal item and groceries and you’re set up :) Please note: bond is required based on the duration of your stay, in NZ this is a requirement for stays over a few months and long term.
