Shared kitchen upstairs with extra-large fridge. Short 5–7-minute walk to the top of the street with excellent access to public transport. 10–15-minute drive to the city depending on traffic. Highbury Shopping Centre just up the road.

Downstairs large double bedroom and wardrobe (downstairs newly renovated). Very comfortable and new Queen size bed. Desk, office chair and shelving. Eco panel wall heater. Toilet and bathroom just across the hall. Direct access to private balcony overlooking the bush. Private bush access to Little Shoal Bay and other valley paths for running and walking.

We are a friendly couple. Our daughter is living here at present having just finished university and looking for a job or to travel overseas. Have a very friendly golden labrador named Rocko.
