Large sunny double bedroom (evening sun) with large double wardrobe. Screens on windows to prevent bugs from coming in. Room measure wide x long excluding the wardrobe and entrance.
5 min walk to Botany Town Centre. Access to the complex gym, tennis court and pool (in summer), and an allocated carpark in the complex.
About the house: 2 bedroom townhouse with office and bathrooms. Upstairs has the 2 bedrooms, main bathroom with shower and office. Downstairs has lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry and toilet. House is fully furnished. Heat pump/air conditioning in main living area and both bedrooms. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, fridge, oven, inverter cooktop etc all provided. Open and sunny front yard and enclosed back yard. Garage (limited storage available).
About the complex: Complex includes a tennis court, basketball hoop, small gym, salt water heated pool and a lawn area.
About you: I'm looking for an easy-going homestay/flatmate. I am only after 1 person so no couples or pairs as only 1 bedroom is available. Must be okay with cats! Meals are negotiable
