We have our studio available for anyone who is looking for a place to stay whether you are a student, worker or travellers.

We are a family of three at the moment lol, we are both teachers and our 15yo daughter goes to Auckland Girls College in the city. We also have a 21yo daughter who studies at Otago University in the South Island and she lives there too. She only comes up for university holidays.

The studio can accommodate two people. It comes with its own kitchen, range hood, beds, dining table, single couches, clothes racks and its own toilet and shower. The place is downstairs and has its own entrance. Owners live upstairs.

Accomodation cost:
If one person accomodating the studio he or she pays $380 per week.
If two people (a couple or friends sharing) the total cost is $600 per week (so $300 each).

Full payment for your stay is to be made upon arrival.

Unlimited internet, power and water included on reasonable use.

Off street parking is available.

Walking distance to bus stop,
Sylvia Park mall is few minutes away via bus.
Two train stations location to catch the train either Otahuhu or Sylvia Park.
Panmure basin trail is 2 to 3 km away.

There will be no parties in the premises. Smoking or vaping outside only and strictly no sleepovers.
Laundry is available ( we will talk more about this later)

Travelling to Auckland city:
By car: about 12–14 km depending on the route. Travel time is usually 15–20 minutes outside of peak hours, but in rush hour it can stretch to 30–40 minutes.
• By bus/train: around 30–40 minutes.
• By bike: roughly 45–60 minutes depending on your pace and chosen cycleways.

🚗 The fastest driving route is typically via State Highway 1 (Southern Motorway) straight into the city.
