Homestay in West Harbour

The people living in the home are a solo mum and a young son who love experiencing various cultures. I (mum) am currently studying Korean and Mandarin!

The house is fairly large with a massive back yard and massive deck that has patio furniture, umbrella and a small BBQ (good for korean BBQ too if you like that sort of stuff!). There is also a giant lemon tree out back! Spacious kitchen and an inviting living room with a massage chair!

The room for you is a smaller room with a single bed, a set of drawers and a really cool desk that has a mini fridge, dual monitors and LED lights! There will be sheets and blankets and everything you need for the essentials in the room.

It will come with breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as use of the snacks in the house. I pre-cook meals during meal prep so it is always easy to grab and go if needed! It also comes with Netflix and all utilities.

I drive into the city and home from the city for work Monday - Friday so I am happy to take you with me if you want to go in during the time I head in/ come home. Otherwise, there is a bus stop right outside the house or a car park in the driveway for you to use.

Prefer someone tidy who will keep up with their share of the chores and someone who is 18 years old or older. Happy for people to have guests come hang out at ours or to have study groups over as well - just need to ask first. We are a pretty inviting home.
