About this homestay
Our house is in a beautiful leafy suburb near the beach. We are an easy going family, working full time. We live on the second floor, the guest rooms and ancillary facilities are on the first floor.
We offer two fully furnished spacious bedrooms one with a double bed, other one with a single bed. Each has linen, a bedside table and lamp, a set of drawers, a desk and chair as well as a build-in wardrobe.
Our guests will have the use of a kitchenette, fridge, microwave and all the relevant appliances, as well as a bathroom with shower. We share the washing machine and line.
Our house is highly accessable. The beach and town centre are 10 minutes walk from our house. In town is everything you may need like restaurants, grocery stores, chemists, laundromat, stationary shops, gyms, library and varouis take away shops. Within 4 minutes walk from our house are two bus stops. The Albany main bus station, Kiwi college, Massey Uni and Westfield shopping centre are 10-15 minutes by bus. AUT North Campus is 25 min by bus, AUT City campus, CBD and Auckland hospital are 35-40 minutes by bus.
The weekly cost includes a cereal breakfast, reasonable usage of electricity, water and unlimited wi fi.
If needed, we can pick up and drop off to/from Auckland airport.
