Looking for 2 quiet , tidy flatmates to join our bright and modern 5-bedroom home in Hauraki Corner, just a short stroll from Takapuna Beach ☀️

🏡 About the home:

It’s a sunny, spacious, two-storey house shared with myself (I work from home as a nursing recruiter), a long-term German student, I have been hosting for 7 years and I offer a safe, friendly, considerate, calm and tidy space — so it’s not a party house, its a family home but with alot of space and privacy. I also have a lovely private outdoors back garden space which keeps cool in summer and is very tropical and lush and relaxing to read a book etc. We also have two lovely rescue cats, so you’ll need to be pet-friendly 🐾

📍 Fantastic location:
• 5 mins walk to the bus stop on Lake Rd (for buses to Takapuna & the city)
• 7 mins walk to Takapuna Beach
• 12 mins to Takapuna Village
• Easy 4-min drive to the motorway

🛏 The Queen room:

• Large queen bedroom, fully furnished (bedding available if needed)
• Big modern built-in wardrobe with loads of storage
• Desk, chair & bookshelf (desk can be removed if not needed)
• Next to a large, modern shared bathroom with a powerful shower 🚿
