A tidy and quiet house situated in Mission Bay. Fully gated. Safe, blue chip and beautiful, professional neighbourhood. We are a family of three with no pets. Non smokers or drinkers. We have been hosting since 2012 from age 15 plus. We are 8 to 10 minutes walk to the beach , bus stop and a local shopping mall. Bus to city 15 mins ride. We are a friendly, happy household, love music ,swimming and leads a healthy lifestyle and healthy meals provided.
It is a separate floor with a cozy lounge, two double bedrooms, a shared kitchenette for simple meal preparation and toilet, laundry. We host up to two people at a time but sometimes you will have the whole area to yourself.
