We have several lovely rooms available, ideal for students, travellers, or professionals seeking short- to medium-term accommodation, with quiet spaces suitable for study or working from home. The top floor offers beautiful views of the sea, nearby beaches, and Rangitoto Island.
The house features a swimming pool and spa complex and is located just 300 metres from the beach, virtually at the end of the avenue. Takapuna Beach, the town centre, cafés, restaurants, nightlife, language schools, and everyday amenities are all within easy walking distance.
To make commuting easy and stress-free, direct buses to the city and university campuses are available from a bus stop just two minutes’ walk away.
