Hello!
We are the Kirkby family, consisting of mum (Nicole), dad (Charlie) and our two little girls Flora (4 years old) and Heidi (1 year old).
We live in Panmure, along the picturesque Tamaki River. The lifestyle here is defined by its proximity to the water. We are just 50m from the waters edge, where the scenic coastal walkway and cycleway provides a serene escape from the daily grind. Despite the peaceful setting, the area is a commuter’s dream. Panmure train station, Glen Innes train station and surrounding bus routes are all within walking distance. Sylvia Park shopping mall is one train stop away.
We are a busy little family with both parents working full time and our girls at daycare.
Our ideal homestay would be someone who is self sufficient and likes their privacy.

The room is separate from the main house. It is located upstairs from the garage. There is a king single bed, large wardrobe, tv, small dining table, air conditioning, ensuite with a shower and views of the nature reserve and Tamaki River. It is very private.
There is also a small kitchenette with a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and air fryer. The kitchenette is not plumbed, so water for drinking, cooking and washing will need to be utilised from ensuite.
We use the laundromat up the road (approx. 3min walk).
We are looking for a homestay who is self-sufficient and will not need access to our main dwelling.
There is also a small kitchenette with a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and air fryer. The kitchenette is not plumbed, so water for drinking, cooking and washing will need to be utilised from ensuite.
