I`'m self employed with two children, 9 & 11 year old boys who I have 50/50. The house is located in Northcote just off Onewa road which is a main bus route to the city and other places. The city is around 5 - 10min.
I have had a lot of international students from an agency before and they all loved the sleepout and location.

It has its own toilet, you will need to use the main house bathroom for showers and laundry.
