Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful homestay. My house is a clean, relaxed space with a calm, easygoing vibe. There is a small backyard, an open kitchen and a large room.
I have one room available:
Each room has a bed & linens, a bedside table with a lamp, a desk and chair (if you need one), a clothes rack, utilities (gas, power, water) included, and unlimited fast Wi-Fi. There is a shared bathroom next to both rooms. You have full access to the kitchen and a shelf in the refrigerator and a shelf in the food cupboard, so you can also cook for yourself using any of the condiments you would like.
My house is a 1-minute walk from the bus, which takes a direct 20-minute ride to the Auckland CBD (central business district). The house is on the corner of Dominion Rd. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance that serve a variety of cuisines, boba tea, and offer a supermarket and bars.
A bit about me:
I work in Marketing, I am 31 years old, female, originally from NZ but my mother is Colombian and I can speak fluent Spanish. I have two small cats, but they will stay out of your space. I work from home occasionally and can help with anything you need. I am happy to provide privacy and independence, or interaction and involvement, depending on your preferred style. I am open to stays of one month to one year.
