Hello and welcome 😊
We are a friendly Vietnamese family living in the North Shore, Auckland, and we are delighted to welcome a female student to stay in our home.
We offer a spacious, comfortable bedroom in a well-maintained house with two bathrooms and four toilets, ensuring plenty of convenience and privacy.
Our home is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Westlake Girls High School and Carmel College. Other nearby schools, like Takapuna Grammar School and Northcote College, are also easily accessible by bus.
Public transport is very easy, with a nearby bus stop and Smales Farm Bus Station close by. Wairau Park is also just a short walk away and offers a wide range of supermarkets, including Asian grocery stores, shops, and dining options.
We provide a safe, caring, and supportive home environment and would love to host a student who is looking for a comfortable place to live while studying in Auckland.
We provide either meals/non-meal option depending on your preference: $450/week for meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), $250/week without meals.

The room is a sunny and spacious single bedroom, thoughtfully set up for a student’s comfort. It features a built-in wardrobe, a study desk with chair, and a mirror, providing everything needed for study and daily living.
The student will share a bathroom with a toilet, and there are also two additional separate toilets in the house.
