We are Michel and Marcely, a friendly Brazilian couple who have lived in Auckland for over 7 years. We live here with our lovely 4-year-old daughter and a little quiet cat. We enjoy hosting respectful, tidy guests from around the world, and our home is a calm, clean, and safe environment where you can focus on your studies or work while feeling truly at home.

The property
Our modern house sits on a large private section surrounded by native trees and greenery, giving you a quiet, almost bush-like feel. Enjoy a big outdoor deck perfect for morning coffee, weekend relaxation, or simply enjoying the fresh air and birdsong. The house is bright, very well maintained, and clean.

Birkdale is one of Auckland’s quietest and safest residential suburbs, loved for its green streets, friendly community, and easy access to the city. From here you can reach:
• Auckland CBD in about 20 minutes by car
• Birkenhead Ferry (scenic ride to downtown) — 7 minutes drive
• Glenfield Mall and supermarkets — 5 minutes
• Beach Haven Wharf and coastal walks — 5 minutes
