Hi, I'm Jane, I am looking for up to 2 people to stay short term only at the moment, minimum stay is one week. Must move out by 27th July 20206 as I have family arriving to stay on the 28th July. I'm a 71 year old woman. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and creating a supportive, welcoming environment for my guests. My home is clean, spacious, and in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and local shops. I am looking for friendly, tidy person (s) join my warm and welcoming family home in Westmere. I have 2 rooms available.
Close to numerous takeaways, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well. Internet, power and water included in weekly rent.
Great location – Easy access to buses to Unitec and the city. Ideal for students or working professionals. No meals provided but a fully equipped kitchen and space in the pantry and fridge means you can cater for your own needs.
$260/week without meals.

No smoking.

There are 2 rooms available. One has a double bed and one has a single bed. The rooms get the sun and get plenty of natural light and fresh air. The rooms are fully furnished. Bedding provided or you can bring your own. The rooms are spacious enough for a bed, desk, and chair, and include a wardrobe for your clothes and storage. One person per room
