About this homestay

Hi, I'm Jane, I am looking for up to 2 people to stay with me, minimum stay is one week. I'm a 71 year old woman. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and creating a supportive, welcoming environment for my guests. I like bike riding, playing the ukulele and learning Māori. My home is clean, spacious, warm and in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and local shops. There are 2 lounge areas so lots of space for us all. If you are learning English then I am happy to help you with this by spending time talking to you. I am looking for friendly, tidy person (s) to join my warm and welcoming family home in Westmere. I have 2 rooms available.
Close to numerous takeaways, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well. Internet, power and water included in weekly rent.
Great location – Easy access to buses to Unitec and the city. Ideal for students , holiday makers or working people. No meals provided but a fully equipped kitchen and space in the pantry and fridge means you can cater for your own needs.
$260 per week without meals per person.

There are 2 rooms available. This one has a double bed. The room gets the sun and plenty of natural light and fresh air. The room is fully furnished and includes a heat pump. Bedding provided or bring your own. The room is spacious enough for a bed, desk, chair, and includes a wardrobe for your clothes.
