Homestay in Waterview

We’re a husband-and-wife household who both work full-time and enjoy a quiet, respectful home environment. We’re friendly and easy-going, but we also appreciate having a home that is clean, peaceful, and well looked after. We typically host one room for international homestay students, while the second room is reserved for a long-term flatmate. Because of this, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, considerate, and interested in being part of a stable household rather than a temporary stop.

We enjoy sharing the occasional chat and meal but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. Our home is best suited to someone who values mutual respect, open communication, and contributes to keeping the household running smoothly through shared chores and responsibilities.

We also have a friendly dog who is very much part of the family, so being comfortable around pets is important.
