Hello , Our Homestay is located in Browns Bay which is one of the North Shores most popular arrears !! We are close to Rangitoto college and Albany university!! Our house is only 7minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. And only Ten minutes walk -
- To the beautiful Rothesay bay beach . The house has a lovely Deck area , where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and look over out at the lovely urban landscape of trees , large green garden area perfect for taking a relaxing stroll around in while viewing the plants and shrubs. Our Prices start from $220 per week for a single person or $290 for a couple . prices include free unlimited wifi , electricity and hot & cold water. Monthly discounts available!!! And if you’re here to learn English We can also help you as we are kiwi born .there is two guest rooms available one is a large loft room which is located on the second floor of the house and the second bedroom is located on the first level of the house this room is a large queen size bedroom which is suitable for couples or a guest who prefers a larger room . The guest kitchenette is located on the first floor it’s equipped with a microwave oven and an electric cooktop which has two electric elements and a small fridge. The guest bathroom is also located on the first floor. It has a toilet, shower ,bath and a wash basin.
