- Single Room: $360/wk
- Twin Room (2 single beds): $320/wk per person

Rent includes water, power, laundry service and unlimited fast Fibre WiFi.

Bedrooms are fully furnished.
2x parking outside the house and a garage for storage.

Bus stops are only 3min walk. Close to the beach, library and Albany centre.
