Homestay in Silverdale

Please note that the budget is $250/person and will be shared accommodation with one other. It is a 2 bedroom unit attached to our home in Millwater with street parking and separate entrance. We are looking for 2 students preferably. They will share a bathroom and living room. We also have a T-station with fridge, microwave and 1 plate cook top,kettle, toaster and waste bin - no dishwasher in unit. There are couches , coffee table and tv with Sky and Net flicks and unlimited WiFi. Walking distance to bus stops and convenience stores, gym and restaurants. There is also a dining table that seats 4 people. No washing machine in unit but a washing time can be arranged with owner. Unit has its own washing line outside. Towels and bedding will be provided. There is a double bed in one bedroom and queen bed in the other. Both rooms have built in cupboards
