A place to call home!
Nice cozy room in a modern 5-bedroom house and 2,5 bathrooms.
One room is available now, furnished with a king single bed, bedside table, work and study desk, chair, cube drawers, built-in wardrobe, and mirror.
The house is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, gas stove and oven, washing machine, dryer, TV, etc). There is a nice spacious shared kitchen and living area. If you like music, there is a piano, guitar and ukulele :)
Private secure house, with security gate access and alarm, internal double garage.
Looking for a professional working or uni student or high school student (AGS/ACG, EGGS, etc), tidy, clean, organised, respectful, and pays the rent on time. Travellers are welcome also.
Location: St Andrews Road, Epsom
In Central Auckland.
The bus stop is very near home.
Only 10 minutes drive by car to UoA/AUT or 30 minutes by bus (less than 5km).
In the double grammar zone for EGGS and AGS.
Rate per bedroom:
Single person $300 per week
Expenses (power, gas, water, unlimited internet, cleaning consumables, laundry powder and toilet tissue) will be $40 per week per person.
First payment: Bond 3 weeks and 1 week's rent and expenses in advance.
Long-term stay is preferred, but open for discussion to see if it could fit your circumstances. Professional workers, students, and travellers are welcome.
