Nice cozy room in a modern 5-bedroom house and 2,5 bathrooms.

2 bedrooms option to choose:
The first bedroom is a sunny room, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, tallboy, wardrobe with mirror and built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom is a sunny room as well with deck and has a built-in wardrobe, currently furnished with a king single bed, bedside table, bookcase, desk, chair, mirror, and a TV. Heaps of storage space under the TV.

The house is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, gas stove and oven, washing machine, dryer, dish drawer, TV, etc). There is a nice spacious shared kitchen, living area, and small garden in the front. If you like music, there is piano, guitar, ukulele :)

Private secure house, with security gate access and alarm, internal double garage.

Looking for a professional working or uni student or high school student (AGS/ACG, EGGS, etc), tidy, clean, organised, respectful, and pays the rent on time. Travellers are welcome also.

Location: St Andrews Road, Epsom
In Central Auckland.
The bus stop is very near home.
Only 10 minutes drive to UoA or 30 minutes by bus (less than 5km).

Rate per bedroom:
Single person $350 per week
Couple $420 per week
Already includes expenses (power, gas, water, unlimited internet, cleaning consumables, laundry powder and toilet tissue).
First payment: Bond 3 weeks and 1 week's rent in advance.

Long-term stay is preferred, open for discussion to see if it could fit your circumstances. Travellers for short term is okay also.
