The first bedroom is a sunny room, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, tallboy, wardrobe with mirror and built in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is a sunny room as well with deck and has a built-in wardrobe, currently furnished with a king single bed, bedside table, bookcase, desk, chair, mirror, and a TV. Heaps of storage space under the TV. This one will be available in beginning of 2026.
The house is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, gas stove and oven, washing machine, dryer, dish drawer, TV, etc). There is a nice spacious shared kitchen, living area, and small garden in the front. If you like music, there is piano, guitar, ukulele :)
Private secure house, with security gate access and alarm, internal double garage.
Looking for a professional working or uni student or high school student (AGS/ACG, EGGS, etc), tidy, clean, organised, respectful, and pays the rent on time. Travellers are welcome also.
Location: St Andrews Road, Epsom
In Central Auckland.
The bus stop is very near home.
Only 10 minutes drive to UoA or 30 minutes by bus (less than 5km).
Rate per bedroom: Single person $350 per week
Couple $430 per week

First payment: Bond 3 weeks and 1 week's rent in advance.
