Homestay in Epsom

A place to call home!
Nice cozy room in a modern 5-bedroom house and 2,5 bathrooms.

The available bedroom is furnished with single bed, bedside table, work and study desk, chair, built in wardrobe.

And there will be other bedrooms available from 1st of July as below:
A sunny bedroom, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, tallboy, wardrobe with mirror and built in wardrobe.

The next bedroom is a sunny room as well with deck and has a built-in wardrobe, currently furnished with a king single bed, bedside table, bookcase, desk, chair, mirror, and a TV. Heaps of storage space under the TV.

The house is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, gas stove and oven, washing machine, dryer, TV, etc). There is a nice spacious shared kitchen and living area. If you like music, there is piano, guitar and ukulele :)

Private secure house, with security gate access and alarm, internal double garage.

Looking for a professional working or uni student or high school student (AGS/ACG, EGGS, etc), tidy, clean, organised, respectful, and pays the rent on time. Travellers are welcome also.

Location: St Andrews Road, Epsom
In Central Auckland.
The bus stop is very near home.
Only 10 minutes drive by car to UoA or 30 minutes by bus (less than 5km).

Rate per bedroom:
Single person $300 per week
Couple $320 per week

Expenses (power, gas, water, unlimited internet, cleaning consumables, laundry powder and toilet tissue) will be $40 per person.
First payment: Bond 3 weeks and 1 week's rent in advance.

Long-term stay is preferred, but open for discussion to see if it could fit your circumstances. Travellers for short term is okay also.
