Homestay in Unsworth Heights

We are a warm, easy going couple in our mid 30's with a 10 month old baby who are looking for a short / long term student or flatmate that is tidy, kind and respectful.

Our large and spacious 3 bedroom, split level home, is located in a private and peaceful cul de sack in the well established area of Unsworth Heights on Auckland's North Shore.

The space available is warm and sunny and located on the top floor of our home and includes:

1 x Medium Bedroom (can furnish on request.)
1 x Private bathroom including bath.
1 x Study / Spare Room

A large living room, kitchen area looks onto native bush reserve with large outdoor deck / private lower deck that has a single person hammock and outdoor bean bags. Perfect for reading, relaxing or a quiet escape.

There is also a private exit from the property to access local bush walk / cycle circuits, exercise park, soccer fields and basketball court.
