Hi there,
We are looking for someone to move into our 3 bedroom home in Mangere East.
2 existing flatmates: We are a young couple 22 & 23 years old. Male is a Electrician Apprentice in his last year and i’m a Flight Attendant. Ideally we are looking for someone clean & tidy, a working professional who works full-time and who pays rent on time. This is not a party house but enjoys a bevy once in awhile.
Our home is in a great location close to everything!
2 mins drive to South Western Motorway SH16
10 minute drive to Auckland Airport
10 minute drive to Middlemore Hospital
Unfortunately no couples, no pets & no smokers.
The house has 3 Double Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, an open kitchen/living/dining area. This house is brand new with a modern kitchen & bathroom. The house is fully furnished apart from available room.
1 x Double Room Available as we use spare room for family that comes and stays rarely.
Room is available from the 20th July.
Rent is: $200pw + $30 for expenses (fibre,power,water,netflix)
Move in cost is: $230 in advance & $600 bond. If you feel like you would be a good fit to our home please feel free to send a text or facebook message abit about yourself and we can organise a time to view the room.
