Downstairs flat available. Suited to independent tenants, as it will be closed off to the upstairs. Great location, with a five minute walk to St Lukes Mall (from where you can catch a bus to anywhere in Auckland), five minute walk to local parks, and a 10 minute walk to Sandringham village for great food and groceries.
Looking for up to three tenants to fill two large rooms available. One room has a bunk bed (single on top, double below) and the other has a California king double bed. The rooms are larger in person than in the photos due to the wide angle.
Fridge, and double cooking elements included, with large sink and cabinet space. Living room has a smart TV.
Both rooms contain a wardrobe, panel heater, and shelving. Two off-street parks available.
Rent is $400 + $50 for expenses per week. Expenses cover power, water, gas, and internet.
