About this homestay
Our lovely home is located in newly developed area in Massey. Walking distance to bus stops - Buses to Auckland City, Henderson and Massey. Located near School, Unitec, Northwest Mall and park.
You will have a fully furnished double sized bedroom, seperate lounge and a modern bathroom with seperate entrance. Electricity, water and wifi/Netflix included.
The nearest supermarket is 2-5 minute drive away with cafes, takeaways, salons, laundromat, and gas stations all in the vicinity. Don buck road shops, Westgate, and Northwest shops are 5 minutes drive away. There are plenty of beaches, bike/walking tracks nearby. It is a quite and peaceful location and not far from the city centre and major shopping centres.
We are looking for a clean tidy single student or working professional who can pay rent on time.
Move in cost: Bond ( 2 weeks rent). + a week advance.
