Lovely room in a villa in a stunning street in central Mt Eden. 5 minutes walk to local supermarket and the local village. 5 min walk to airport bus and 1 stage bus to city. (Also can walk to the city). Quiet safe cul de sack road. Very quiet house with one female upstairs. This unit is self contained. Price includes power internet and water. I would prefer the tenant to do own meals but if needed I can provide an evening meal. There is everything needed in the unit to do own breakfast etc. This unit has no access to the main house. Its a small room but really nice. I live on the side of Mt Eden so you can go for amazing walks easily. Short or long term is ok but prefer long term. (I have lived here for 10 yrs)
