I am looking for a student to let out my spare bedroom in my house. The room has recently been painted and has all new furniture including a double bed, desk, chair, lamp & bedside table. 2 bedroom townhouse on very quiet street in Ellerslie, walking distance to shops, train station and bus stops. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away.
I am a 42 year old female, professional. I am looking for someone quiet, clean and trustworthy.
No couples. Students only. I will provide breakfast.
