You will be staying with myself, Aimee 32 and my five year old daughter 7 days per fortnight. I work full time so you will have plenty of quiet time to study if needed.

Room fully furnished with single bed, desk, chair, drawers and wardrobe.

I would be happy to provide dinners or more upon discussion for extra (I am a great cook!)
$250 includes water, power, unlimited internet and lawns.
I am not a smoker, but OK for you to smoke outside only :-)

I work in Albany and drive through Takapuna morning and evening so can assist with lifts to and from certain places.
