Homestay in Auckland Central

This is a studio apartment, usually used as short term accommodation. The apartment is located on the viaduct waterfront short distance from the ferries. Due to recent events, I'm looking to cover costs. Not all the dates are available as there are some bookings here and there. Essentially I looking for a week by week basis to fill in the gaps. Usually, this Apartment rents for $150-220 a night. So I'm sure anyone would be happy with this deal. I don't mind smoking, as long as its outside on the balcony and as long as the guest is respectful with the place eg. cleans up their butts, respect neighbours etc. You would have the apartment to yourself, provided a key and scann card. It's fully furnished, internet provided (unlimited), Netflix, shower, laundry etc.
