A newly-built townhouse Spread over four floors, with your private entrance,

On the ground floor, this space is beautifully appointed and spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults. With two separate bedrooms, Double Bed in bedroom 1 and two single beds in bedroom 2. Comes with your own Bathroom and Toilet.
Upstairs in a common area where you may See us by chance is your fully equip kitchenette and a Laundry for your use during your stay.
You will enjoy the space and our proximity to the city.

Nestled in Arch Hill, Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, and the city are short-to-medium walks or a short bus ride away. We are also a short walk from the supermarket, with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and parks in the area too.

We are looking for Healthy respectful person/people that need their own private quite space. Who are Friendly, Tidy and always Pays on time.
