Homestay in Sandringham

I have recently moved into a cosy renovated three bedroom townhouse in central Auckland, close to public transport and a popular shopping mall. I am setting up the guest room (hence no photos) with a queen bed, new bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels provided, a dresser and side table and single wardrobe. There is unlimited broadband, a heat pump in the living area that is set to a timer. Shared bathroom. kitchen and washing machine. I am a mature professional, working during the day and home in the evenings. Prefer someone who is house trained and a non-smoker. I am setting up a second smaller bedroom for a lower price, will be listing this soon.
