We have a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat that would suit a student or a traveller. The flat is on the ground floor of our home with its own access. It Is warm and dry with heating/cooling.

The Bus stop is directly outside our house and will easily take you to New Lynn train station in 10 minuets. A laundromat is located within walking distance and there is a beautiful park nearby for excersise and fresh air. We are a family of 4 with a dog.
