Homestay in Auckland for $300 per week

We are a professional household (retired Mum, Son in healthcare) looking to share our newly renovated home with someone clean, respectful, polite, and tidy and who will respect the house as we do. Fully gated property. Large sunny deck and open plan living area/kitchen

We are within close walking distance to

- All Mount Roskill shops and main shopping plaza
- Dominion Road and all its great places to eat
- Bus stops to the city and around Auckland
- 15 minutes via motorway to the airport
- Parks, beaches, gym, and swimming pool

We will provide: Your own bathroom and shower. A new comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, fridge (common use), washing machine and dryer usage (common use), wireless internet.

We are able to provide an extra dresser/buffet for extra storage. Dining area and living area are common areas for all. Kitchen use for light cooking.

We pride ourselves in being an extremely clean household. As such we expect all who live here to keep their area clean and tidy. No smoking, parties, pets, or guests allowed.
No pets or smokers.
