Hi there. I am a mature female in 40s, full time banker. I own this beautiful and peaceful place in New Lynn. 10 minutes walk to Fruitvale station, 20 minutes walk to Lynnmall and New Lynn station. Convenient walk to bus stop and all amenities. Off street parking available. House is a 2 bedroom place and I live by myself. Shared common space including bathroom, kitchen, living room. Free off street parking available. Residential area. I will provide breakfast that would include cereal , milk , bread, butter , jam and hot breakfast on weekends if I am available. Rent to include power, internet, water etc. lunch and dinner available few days of request with additional charge.
