Homestay in Panmure

We are a couple who are wanting to open up our home to someone studying or working in New Zealand.

I work professionally and sometimes travel for work, and he works for emergency services.

We are looking to host a female over 27 homestay - this is for one person only.

Our home:
• Brand new bathroom, separate toilet/ laundry (shared)
• Furnished or unfurnished bedroom, bring your own furniture or come fully furnished (see photos) + single built-in wardrobe
• Plenty of street parking
• 10 mins walk to Panmure Transport Interchange (Bus and Train)
• 5 minute walk to Panmure Basin and Lagoon Leisure Centre (pools)
• 5 mins drive to Sylvia Park

We're looking for someone who:
• Is tidy, respectful, nice
• We're not a party house and this would suit someone who is relaxed and looking for somewhere quiet to unwind after a busy work or study week
• No smokers please

The room has a king sized single bed, drawers and a desk for study, the bedroom also has a built in wardrobe.

There is no parking available on the property, but there is street parking available.
