The home is in a great location with a short 4 minute walk to public transport which will take you right into the heart of AKL CBD. Very close to shops, bars & restaurants with just a 5 minute drive to Titirangi village or 6 minutes to Lynn Mall shopping Centre. The room is newly built, fully insulated with a nice view which looks out to a private secure garden. The house has 4 bedrooms, a laundry & 2 bathrooms.
The homes is shared with 1 adult & 2 kids who stay just 50% of the time. However, the main bathroom will mostly be free for you to use.

Hi I'm Dan, a very friendly guy in my 30's, a working professional who is very clean & tidy, fun & easy to get on with. I have travelled to over 30 countries & have a genuine interest in other people & cultures.
