Homestay in South Auckland

Hi there, we are a family of 5, 3 children, in Hill park, close to Botanic Garden. Walk distance to botanical garden back door. We have 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, recently renovated. We are willing to host students from overseas. We are close to MIT, AUT South Campus. It's walking distance to 2 bus stops, and to train station as well.

Currently we have two bedrooms for rent, one is master ensuite, with walking in wardrobe, super king bed, can suit 2 person. It's upstairs only bedroom, so very private. The other one is newly built big bedroom with queen size bed, toilet is just next door. Bathroom only shared with one person.

like study desk and other furniture can be provided upon request.

We immigrated from China 10 years ago, we knew what it felt in a new country. Would prefer female for our bedroom, and can accommodate small family in our master bedroom. However, prices will need to be negotiated.
