Option 1

We have two rooms available in our four bedroom town house located in the heart of the Parnell.
It is very peaceful and quiet, has good security. We have a peaceful garden and several balconies.
It also has convenient transportation to the city. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Newmarket commercial street and Olympic swimming pool and 15-20 minutes to city center by walk.
You can also walk to the Outer & Inner Link bus stop in 3 minutes and arrive in the city in 5-10 minutes by bus.
Unfortunately, we don't have a car park, but there's plenty of street parking and it's super cheap to get a permit from Auckland Transport.
We even have Unlimited fast Internet. We don’t provide any meals but you can cook your meals at the kitchen. There are so many fabulous and delicious restaurant in Parnell Road which was just 1 min away from the house.
We will ensure you have a comfortable and delightful stay at my home.

Option 2
There is another option if you would like to live in Auckland City (Central Business District )
The APT is now refurbishing and the work will complete by 8th August 2025. So you could move in after 10th August.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and fully furnished, one single bed per each room. The price is $300/week including utilities , 3 weeks bond and 4 weeks notice in advance if you want to move out. You can bring your own personal belongings. It is located in the center of Auckland city, you could work to University of Auckland, AUT, and language institutes, shopping mall, countdown, sky city. It is very easy to access motor ways as well.

Option 3
This is an APT with terrace. This APT has a sea view and sky city view. It used be an AIRBNB which is well maintained.
It faced to North direction so it is so warm, nice and cozy in winter. There are two rooms, but it is only available one single room at the moment. Current flat mate is male, full time workers. He is very nice, friendly, quite and clean person. The price is $300 per week including utilities, 3weeks bond and 4 weeks notice in You could move in 10th August 2025.
