About this homestay
I am hosting a room in my household. Big double room in Pakuranga is available for 1 student.
Student will be living with a family of four. My daughter is 23 (AUT city) and my son is 17 (High School). We are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy, honest student for our spare room.
The room is furnished with a double size bed, study desk and chair. Student will have a private onsuite bathroom. Off-street parking space available. Fibre WIFI included. Power and water included too. New fully insulated house.
In a great and safe location! Countdown; bus & trains; gyms and cafes, all near by. 2 mins walk to catch bus to the CBD. The house is three stores and we can give you more information about layout ect.
