We're Sally and Mike, a friendly older couple with some room to share. We have a comfortable sleep-out that could be perfect for a single person, a couple, or even someone with a small child.
Our sleep-out has a spacious living/dining area with a kitchenette, its own bathroom, and a separate bedroom with an interconnected smaller room that could be used as a study or a young child's room. The bedroom area is in a separate building, connected to the living area by a short, covered walkway.
Both buildings are modern, warm, light, and airy. They are situated at the back of our property, so you can enjoy your independence. While we don't provide meals, we love meeting new people and would be happy to share the occasional dinner or coffee with you in our home.
Our location in Sandringham is super convenient, with bus stops just a short walk away. You'll find a mall, movies, cafes, restaurants, and more within walking distance. The central city is just a short bus ride away, and Eden Park is about a 20-minute walk.
We have one elderly cat who might pop in to say hello from time to time. Our young grandchildren are currently staying with us and like to play in the backyard, so you might see and hear them occasionally. We prefer shorter stays of just a few weeks or months but can be flexible with that. We'll do our best to make you feel welcome and help you find your feet in Auckland.
