- Auckland City Hospital, North Shore Hospital, Waitakere Hospital and Middlemore hospital (25 minutes). The home is centrally located so is only a very short distance either way as the home is also near a highway for easy connections and public transport.

The closest shopping mall is the Royal Oak Shopping mall located away from the home, with a 30minute walk or a 7 minute drive. This shopping mall has all the grocery shops for the weekly food shopping, bakery, pharmacy and plenty more. This area also has plenty of takeaway shops as well as the anytime fitness gym.

There is plenty of off street parking. The home is in a quite neighbourhood and has CCTV cameras for safety.
