We have a one bedroom avaialble in our house. Currently occupied by a family of 3. We have had students stay with us in the past. Prefer someone who does minimal cooking. Rent includes all bills and internet. Good location. Public transport and shops close by. Room is fully furnished. Comes with bed. Bedside table. Dressing table. And a mini fridge. Currently being used as a spare room as seen in photos.
