Homestay in Sunnyvale

We are a family with a 5 year old son. This is our first time doing a homestay.

We have a spacious room in a 2 storey, 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms.
The bathroom and toilet are next to the bedroom for use.
Bus stops and the Sunnyvale train station nearby that go to multiple points in Auckland.

Close to all the shops, supermarkets, cafes & restaurants in Henderson centre.
Not far from Parrs Park and a small drive away from Glen Eden centre.
2 parking spaces available onsite and multiple on-street parking.

Usage of the kitchen and dining room is shared with us.
The room includes a queen size bed, its own closet, study table, TV, and small fridge/freezer.
Unlimited FAST internet/Netflix included.

The house has a decent sized backyard and deck good for summer.

Clean and tidy preferred.

Dinner available.
